Shipping Domestic

Online Orders

We domestically ship through Australia Post, offering Standard and Express trackable shipping options. When directed at checkout, select your preferred shipping option. A calculated price will be determined based on the dimensions and weight of your order.

Please be advised that under normal circumstances Australia Post aims for:

Standard

  • Same state delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Interstate (metro to metro) delivery: 3–6 business days

Express

  • Same state delivery: next business day

  • Interstate (metro to metro) delivery: 2 business days

In the event of delays, please allow for an additional 2-5 business days for deliveries across Australia, including express services. Delays may be experienced due to certain weather events or external influences on the postal service.

Once we receive your order, we aim to have it processed and ready to be shipped as soon as possible, but please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

Rugs

A $100 flat rate shipping applies for all rugs purchased through our website.

Returns

Our goods and services come with guarantees that are maintained under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund in the instance of a major failure and or fault of the product, or if you believe the item you received was not as advertised.
